Lawyer, graduate of the Faculty of Law of Universidad Nacional de Rosario, 1996. She specializes in Intellectual and Industrial Property Law. She was a Scholarship Holder of the World Intellectual Property Organization in the postgraduate studies in Copyright and Related Rights of Universidad de los Andes, Mérida, Venezuela, in 2000 where she obtained the second best grade average of said cohort. She is an Agent of the Industrial Property. She advises authors, illustrators and filmmakers as well as national and foreign companies on license agreements and franchising matters and business law in general.

Since 2000 she has been working as a Professor of the Chair for Intellectual Rights and Commercial Law I at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Nacional de Rosario and she is a visiting lecturer at several faculties and courses across the country.

She was a legal advisor of the Technology Liaison Office of Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Vice-President of the Institute of Industrial Law of the Bar Association of Rosario and a member of the Institute of Communications Law and Copyright of the Bar Association of Capital Federal, advisor of the NOA region in the INCAA  Advisory Council and she advised several museums on the management of third-party works.

She is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (known in Spanish as AAAPI) and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property  (known in Spanish as ASIPI)
